Night Owl follows a Maltese expat on his final night in Seoul. Haunted by doubt and uncertainty, he grapples with the idea of returning to Malta, if it can even be called home anymore. As anxiety clouds his thoughts about the future, his restlessness begins to affect a reunion with an ex and a series of encounters with old friends. Over the course of the night, he's forced to confront his fears and make a pivotal decision, one that will determine not just where he goes next, but who he’s ready to become.
